Talked to Shawn to verify the correct kit for SV735s engine. He verified the kit I needed and I went online to order 1:30pm Friday afternoon. They shipped out the same day and I had it in my mailbox on Monday morning. Had the mower running by noon. Great service and the part was $50 less than the local small engine shop wanted to order it for me.

Absolutely amazing. Everyone local was twice the price and needed 7 business days for ordering and shipping time (shipping additional). I ordered parts saturday afternoon they were delivered in ohio by 11 am on monday. GREAT SERVICE ....

Here is what happened to me:

Sat AM - Starter on tractor died.
Sat PM - Placed an order with OPE.
Sat PM - got an update because the part shipped.
Mon PM - Part was waiting for me on the doorstep when I got home. Perfect condition.

These guys worked to get my business now they have it. I wish I had more to order from them--outstanding in every aspect from speed to keeping the customer updated.
