I ordered a Kohler carb for my Toro lawn mower. The part worked as per the manufacturer's specifications. The order was promptly processed and delivered as specified within 3-5 days and came from the west coast even though I live on the east coast. That my friends is "Service was second to none!" And the price was reasonable compared to other part warehouses as well. If I ever need any parts for my lawn or small engine appliances, I will always look to make this my first choice!

Ordered my Briggs and Stratton 11.5 Intek on a Sunday and received it on Tuesday. I replaced the original 8 HP Briggs on my Snapper rear engine rider. The engine runs flawlessly and my mower is like new.

I saw some testimonials here (albeit from years ago) which suggested that OPE provided the customer with poor service, slow shipping, and limited communication. I have been an OPE customer for about four years now and without going into specifics I can assure the reader that the service provided by the OPE of today is the exact opposite of what some persons complained about yesterday.
