I had a 25hp kohler on my sawmill and it started building crank case pressure. Went oline and ordered a 27hp kohler from a different company, got the order invoice and said estimated ship date of 6/3. 6/3 came and still didnot hear from company. so went online again found OPE engines ordered online at 9am friday, they called me at 10:30 to make sure it was what i needed. By 3pm i got email with tracking. 4 days later it was in my hands. great service.
