After speaking with the people... New Engine ORDERED A ENGINE AND WAS SHIPPED FROM MANUFACTURER WITH WRONG TYPE OF FREIGHT LABEL. OPE STRAIGHTENED IT OUT IMMEDIATELY. And to top it off, they...
